Letter

Ok so I got a letter from a Vanderbilt admissions counselor telling me to keep in touch with him if I have any questions. He gave me his direct email and line and this was after I requested info and had asked questions before. For a school like Vanderbilt or Emory is it really important to stay in close contact with the admissions people? Is it a big difference maker if you’re an average or below average applicant?

Thanks!

For Emory, demonstrated interest is important. Realize, however, that this doesn't mean that one should badger adcoms with questions just to be asking questions.
