<p>Its a fairly large envelope (like most schools) with only a letter and a campus day 2012 invite/parking pass.</p>

<p>D was accepted. 4.0 gpa ( unweighted), ranked 2nd in her class, applied test optional. Had great rec letters. She plans to enroll elsewhere ( WFU is to expensive) but she loves Wake and is thrilled o get in. Congrats to everyone who got in!</p>
<p>For the record, I was accepted in-state with a 3.95 UW GPA/5.0 weighted and a 31 ACT Composite. I don’t think I’m committing though; it’s too expensive.</p>
<p>Accepted!!! Instate. UW GPA: 3.56, W GPA: 4.54. 27 ACT. Three good teacher recs and good short answers. Lots of ecs and community service. </p>

<p>Does WF give credit for in state? I am wondering why people are mentioning this for a private school. My son (NOVA) still waiting on decision, but we have fingers crossed.</p>
<p>No they do not. The reason they’re including that is because of the mail. The envelopes reach North Carolina applicants before they reach the rest of the nation.</p>

<p>I know its late to be asking this, but did anyone get a confirmation from wake forest that their application was received? I was going through my old emails and I have one from the commonapp confirming that my application was sent but nothing from wake forest…</p>
<p>We received a postcard in the mail from Wake Forest once they’'d received everything. They are not big on communicating electronically.</p>
<p>Any guesses of when it should arrive to Delaware?</p>
