Letters are coming soon-- random question!

Hey y'all!

i just recently found out what a big mistake it was to apply early! i was deferred and i just found out the bit about them not re-reading the applications and about what a small percentage of deferrees get accepted.

so: i was wondering if any of you had any more concrete stats or infor regarding the amount of deferred students that get in? I need to know whether I should even be hopeful come letter time! be honest, even if it's not nice...please!

(info. SAT:2230, GPA: 90/100 [valedictorian usually has 95/100ish], 8/8 available AP's taken, lots of extracurriculars, mostly theatre/choir related)

I think you stand a really good shot of getting in RD. From your stats, I'm actually a little surprised you didn't get in EA. Best of luck!

I'm not sure but you look like a great student and I wish you the best of luck! You'll know soon enough.

good luck.. it is not true about the deferred thing according to the counselors..

anyone know when the letters are being mailed?
im in florida right now, and im nervous haha very nervous

Letters will be mailed on Thursday.

I am soo soo nervous too :/

thank's for the responses, y'all!

and Paulo...do you know what the counselors do say regarding deferred students?

best of luck everyone! just think....by this time next week we'll know! ahh!

all i know is that they say deferred students get put back in with the regular applications and get looked at again as if they are a normal RD
