<p>I live in Virginia. If you didn't get it today you should get it tomarrow (I called the admissions office yesterday to find out whether decisions would be available online, the guy said no but also said they had already been mailed and would arrive today or tomarrow).</p>

<p>Awesome teacher rec (from my choir teacher, who knew me the best personally) and from my counselor (whom I have an awesome relationship with). I think these are what pushed me over the "maybe" boundary.</p>
<p>My essay was about overcoming my fears of blanking out on a solo (which I've done before) and how I learned from that experience. A lot of people in my Creative Writing class rated it as a well-written essay, so maybe this had helped.</p>
<p>And also, for our Homecoming spirit week, on one of the spirit days, I had worn a Stormtrooper costume that took me two straight months to make, and this was my optional one-page submission. <a href="http://www.xanga.com/qtxpimp%5B/url%5D">www.xanga.com/qtxpimp</a> for pictures.</p>

<p>I have applied ED to W&M. I didnt hear yet because I am out of state, and also my mail is being forwarded to another address due to a move....ahh I am so nervous! I go to a competitive NY School, 4.0 GPA, 4 Year Varsity Lacrosse, Full IB Diploma Candidate, National Honor Society, many hours of CS, ECs including belonging to a fire department which is hwat my essay was based on, also I had a teacher rec and sent in the optional assignment which was based on my loove of cooking and included a diolouge I had written for TOK last year between Martha Stewart and Socrates.... I really hope I will be accepted and that I am not too generic of an applicant. I am hoping that the fire department will set me apart. I will let you know when I get my letter, hopefully tomorrow but maybe Monday. :/</p>
