letters of rec after you leave undergrad?

<p>should one get letters of rec from professors before they leave the undergrad institution? </p>

<p>or wait until one is actually applying to a grad school?</p>

<p>Get them early while they’re familiar with you. Then, try to keep in touch with them as time goes on so they can throw in your other accomplishments for whatever you do between now and when you need the physical letters.</p>
