<p>sure they allow extra recs. For Northwestern, I'm having my volunteer coordinator write me a rec. Format wise, it can just be a regular letter written/ typed on a regular sheet of paper (meaning to say you dont have to use the school's rec form). Make sure you give the writer an evelope adressed to the school.</p>
