<p>These may be more helpful at IUB than one thinks. A few years ago, a rather strong student (did poorly fresh and soph years) was rejected. His junior English teacher (my current teacher) and another teacher wrote letters to IU telling how they'd benefit from having him. He was accepted. In case anyone was thinking of not sending in a rec or two, do it. You never know where it can get you.</p>
<p>Yeah, I definitely sent in a couple recs and I think it worked in my favor. So do it, guys! :)</p>
