How many letters of recommendation is generally considered competitive for admissions and for the Camras Scholarship/other full tuition scholarships?

I know that Camras considers the whole person concept, (I have a 33 ACT and several leadership positions) I’m just wondering if there would be a significant difference between having 2 letters of recommendation or 3 letters when competing for admissions and for the scholarships.

@catlover99 - sorry for the delay in responding. I have been on travel. 2 or three letters are fine. For Camras, the Admissions Staff nominates the top 25% of the admitted student pool who have applied before December 1. If you are invited to Camras, then you will be asked for any additional letters specific to Camras.
