<p>Does anyone if we can submit recommendation letters if our application is still under review?</p>

<p>I don’t think so. Cal Poly striclty bases its decision in GPA and SAT/ACT alone. Even for Architecture, they don’t review your portfolio. IMO, that should be changed.</p>
