Letters to track status?

I applied to UCONN under regular decision, I believe it was two or three days after the early action deadline. Upon sending in all my information, I never received a confirmation stating that they had received my materials or a webstie to track my status. It's been quite awhile and I have yet to received any of these materials. Should I have gotten a letter confirming that my application materials were received or a letter allowing me to track my status? Thanks for your help in advance.

They're really slow. No online check. My daughter got an email from them a long time after she sent in the app saying it was complete but it went into her Spam folder. SHe had to call...but they were polite and immediately told her it was complete.

Thanks a lot Muffy333, I really appreciate it. Ironically enough I just got an e-mail from them today.
Dear xxxxxxxxxx:

Thank you for submitting an application for admission as a freshman to the University of Connecticut. We are pleased to confirm that the Office of Undergraduate Admissions has received your application, together with all required supporting documents, and your file is now complete.

Completed applications will undergo a committee review and applicants will be notified of a decision by postal mail. You will be notified of your candidacy by late March. Please note that, in some cases, a final decision may be deferred until receipt of additional information such as mid-year grades. You will be contacted by postal mail if additional information is required.

Thank you for your interest in the University of Connecticut.
It's a relief to know that they received all my materials though.

Almost makes me not want to go to a school that you can't even check your status online. I mean, really! Everyone other school has some type of online check!
