<p>around a month ago, I sent out letters withdrawing my applications (to UCs, and more). If I keep receiving mail from them about how I can gain access to what has arrived at their school (status of application), is my application truly withdrawn? </p>

<p>Why don't you just call one of the UC schools and ask them?</p>
<p>same way as other schools. Just send a letter to the Director of Admissions. But, some of the UCs will let you withdraw online. But, doesn't mean the mail will stop. My son was accepted to a UC from which he withdrew-- the letter stated: "should you wish to reconsider...."</p>
