I just took my first practice test (the one in the Barron's book) and got a 580....

So I was just wondering if there is a huge discrepancy regarding the level of difficulty between the Barron's practice tests and the real tests. I am taking it this week and I am scared to death.

I tried to study for Level 2 (since its curve is much more generous) but I am a noob in math so if your answer is going to be "just take the Level 2 test instead"; it's not going to help me at all....lol

It’s not too difficult. In my opinion, the trickiest things are functions/trig functions and random things like imaginary numbers. Math I has a harsh curve because it’s considered really easy, so don’t take it if you got 500s on practice tests. While Math II does have a generous curve, you’re not going to get a high mark if you don’t know the majority of the topics covered.
