<p>I thought that l&c was really tough to get into.
But, today I got wait listed. (I have 1800 range SAT's and a 3.4)
Do they wait list lots of people like WUSTL? Should I not get my hopes up?</p>

Number of qualified applicants offered a placed on waiting list 759
Number accepting a place on the waiting list 230
Number of wait-listed students admitted 32</p>
<p>Your 1800 SAT is right about the 25% of applicants in 07-08. Your GPA is right about the 25% as well. Frankly, I’m surprised you were not outright rejected.</p>
<p>If Lewis & Clark is where you want to attend. You should do what you can to let them know how interested you are to increase your chances. <p>yeah, it was upper 1800’s but still. It is way harder to get into than I thought!
But I guess I will take a spot on the waiting list.

<p>I think colleges are so haphazard. Like why did I not get WL at emory? I thought it was easier. But i am certainly not complaining about this opportunity! Im stoked that I wasnt rejected.</p>
