Liberal Arts and Humanities at Stanford

<p>I know Stanford is mainly focused on sciences - engineering, applied sciences, etc., but for someone looking for a more humanities-based liberal arts education, can they find it at Stanford? Is there some sort of program like Directed Studies at Yale that a humanities junkie could enroll in?</p>

<p>SLE - Structured Liberal Education. Probably the closest thing. Check the Stanford 2010 forum for a description.</p>
