<p>How strong are the communications/english majors at Virginia Tech. I know that engineering is their most prominent major but are these respectable as well?</p>
<p>I applied to the school of liberal arts and whatever (I haven't really heard much about the department). I would think since its a "tech" school, that the liberal arts department is not one of the highlights of the acedemic program there; however Im sure its pretty respectable.</p>
