Hi, I wanted to go to a music college that can help me developed my skills but i also wanted to go to a hbcu college that has a music major. I wanted to know is there a difference in the two types of colleges? Will that affect me in developing new skills such as instruments? Or Should I just transfer after my 2nd year?
