Liberal Arts College vs Universities

If you major in business for example, at most schools, you are taking half of your classes in your school’s college of arts and sciences satisfying core or distribution requirements so you are still getting a liberal arts education and learning how to think so I never understand why people always say that… Job prospects are also stronger right out of undergrad with a major that relates to a career. I know people say they will go straight to grad school but that costs money, a lot, so wouldn’t you want to be working in between or during to pay off your debt/loans?
