Liberal arts colleges with Spring term enrollment for Internationals

Hey everyone!

Since the deadlines are approaching, most of us have gone dormant, I guess. :D

So, I have this friend of mine, who started out late and recently thought of applying to some of the liberal arts colleges in US. However, he isn't willing to wait yet another year, so he's looking forward to applying under the Spring term, and not the Fall term of 2014.

I was wondering if there was a well-ranked, equally financially generous liberal arts college that accepts international students in the Spring term (ie. January)?

My friend expects to pay somewhere around 10-15k per year. He has pretty decent grades in HSEB Management (4As, 1B, 1C after conversion), and he is yet to appear for the SAT's and TOEFL.

So, any ideas?

Spring is really rare specially if you need FA. I don’t think most small liberal arts colleges have a spring intake. Better wait a year, prepare for SATs well, and get a good essay done. that’ll increase acceptance chances.

St.jhon’s college- Santa Fe is one option.

If he is flexible with taking two gap years, I would recommend to take TOEFL first and apply some rolling colleges for this fall which can give him an idea about college application. Then, it would be wise to utilize the gap year time by doing something meaningful and preparing for SAT. Strong SAT, good essay, wise college selection with an ability to pay in five figures gives good chance.

So what about spring enrollment in Universities, that too with a good amount of financial aid?
