Liberal or conservative?

"And saying "under God" in the Pledge is wrong."

Hey, if you don't want to say "Under God" then don't say it. If you do, say it.

Liberal: 16.50

Conservative: 12.50

Can I throw in a question? Do you think that Bush should be impeached?

You try not saying under God in some of the schools here. I never have because as a Jew, you just don't, plus I don't think that if there is a God he'd appreciate it. However, I have said under Allah, Buddha, Zeus, and Gaea and each time been sent to the principal. Is that fair? No. So then take it out. It was only an addition due to the Red Scare and trying to make the US look more pious than the USSR.

Oh well, most people are too indoctrinated to say the pledge that they don't even think about what they're pledging to anyways...

Nora, i dont think bush shouldve been elected at all, the first time was a scam (Jon. K. probably wouldnt remember) and the second time, all i can say is it made me lose faith in our country --particularly the RED states.

re-elect gore ;)

Or, at least, elect Hillary Clinton in 08.

^^ yes.....

Bush was elected. There's not much you can do but either cry about it or face the fact that he won fair and square. Sure, it'd be nice to go by popular vote instead of the stupid electoral college, but that's not the way the system works, and Americans don't care enough to do anything about it.

There is no way Bush should be impeached! He has done nothing that even remotely resembles the high crimes and misdemeanors requried for impeachement. In fact, regardless of approval ratings, he's certainly not the worst President we've ever had! coughHardingcough coughGrantcough...i could go on.

Also, anyone who said they were a libertarian--do you consider libertarianism to be extreme conservatism

[/quote]

No, I consider libertarianism to be the same thing as clasical liberalism.

Hillary Clinton has already been president for 2 terms! :)

Her running for POTUS would be in violation of the 22nd Amendment hehe.

Poor liberals still crying over 2000. Want a box of tissues that are environmentally friendly, not made in a third world country without unions, and sold by companies that don't price gouge?

unfortunately, i don't think they exist :(

if they did, however, my tears would never touch a capitalist-corrupted tissue again! lol :)

Yea, down with the capitalist pigs. Now if only I didn't have a computer with an AMD chip, an OS made by MSFT and a monitor made by Viewsonic. Goddamit!

yep, you're just catering to THE SYSTEM. shaaame. :)

Actually, the seperatoin of chuch and state defines that it IS wrong, they are mutually exclusive. The choice should be whether or not to say the pledge, not whether or not to say "god", which should not be included at all.

But if we're going to stick with it because historically it was that way, lets also stop saying does everyone have "his or her" keys? No, historically if ambigious, the male form should be used. :D

And yes, if proved that he did lie about the reason for invading Iraq, Bush should be impeached. That would be very illegal.

Having sex with an intern, however stupid, is not illegal, and not grounds for impeachment.

im an independent, like my boy bill o' reilly

i think this is a better quiz

http://www.okcupid.com/politics

No its actually just as useless. By the test, I am an anarchist, which is the farthest thing from the truth. It says that famous people I might identify with is Ted Kaczynski...

hmm, it said that i was a socialist...

^ There you go. A rather useless quiz. Wait, let me see..
