Life after High School Transition conference - Oct 28 in NYC

<p>Don't know if there are still openings at this conference...but...if you live in the NYC area, it sounds very interesting. (This isn't an ad...I don't work for this org...but I'm a big fan of Mel Levine.)</p>

<p>I WAS THERE! it was great u couldve gotten into it...
the director from the nyit vip program was there i spoke to her(I dont want to go there but one of my best friends is a member of the program) she taught one of my lectures(how to get a job-she did good! im seeing her this weekend again i promised her i would visit when i go visit my friend..)
Curry college PAL Program looks good they spoke highly of the program..
NYUs services person came but its basic services..
lynn college came the daughter of the starter of the program came actually(Shes on her way to becoming the director like taking over her moms posistion shes in her mid-late 20s and has a masters a undergrad and working on a second masters from lynn)
I heard some bad things about pals at hofstra but some good..i dont wanna go ne way to close to home(25-30 minutes i live on the nor' shore of long island..)
mitchell came...good program...it was someone representing thames and mitchell thru the admissions section...</p>
