Can anyone help me understand what life is like for student wanting to study in the Social Sciences.

I have a child there in College of Liberal Arts, but not in the Social Sciences.
AU is a wonderful school with merit aid, need-based aid, great academics, guaranteed housing for all 4 years, small classes, no Greek Life, Division III Athletics. Engineering, Art& Design, Liberal Arts, Business students all interact.

MRB, my DD attended there. In addition to what SLU said, they offer great internships, many of which offsite, and do help with finding housing for them.
