Where do the kids who attend Mason Gross live? I have heard that it's Cook campus, but the building where they work seems situated in between the campuses.

Also, what kind of social scene do kids from Mason Gross enjoy? Are they part of the "main" college socially, or do they generally stick to themselves?

Our S will be a senior at MGSA this fall.
He transferred in last year. It was strongly suggested he live on Cook campus for the relative proximity to Nicholas Hall.
Still a bit of a walk but pretty and pastoral. College ave is probably the 'hot' social campus but that choice would be logistically very inconvenient for a MGSA student.

I think the building you're talking about is the Civic Square building, which is in downtown New Brunswick between the College Ave. and Cook/Douglass campuses. It, however, isn't where all Mason Gross students would be spending their time there; it's the "main hub" for the Department of Visual Arts. http://www.masongross.rutgers.edu/about/CivicSquare.html The other Mason Gross buildings, such as Nicholas, are on Cook/Douglass. http://www.masongross.rutgers.edu/about/facilities.html
