Ok. I am a junior now

I received 3 b's and one c this year
I've gotten one B in my sophmore year but that was like an 88. Everything else was.

A b- in chem
A b- in Pre calculus
A b- in Physics
And a C in ART( it's a half credit, but still)

I have like 40 volunteer hours (planning to get more)
I'm in SGA as the treasurer (student government)
And FBLA as a regular member

Can I still go to a top school (like dartmouth or NYU or Columbia) if I kick @$$ 1st semester senior year and get some more ecs.

My trump card is my writing.
I'm extremely passionate in it.
I was talking to my cousin one day and I talked to her about the ACT
She told me she has never heard of it before.
This shocked me, she was a beginning junior and has never heard of the ACT before. So then I am always walking around school with soo many mis-informed kids.
The counselors always tell us you need a 36 on the act and need to be VALEDICTORIAN to get into a school like Harvard. And many people don't even know the difference between the SAT and the ACT. Many people( most likely the entire school) Doesn't even know that you need SUBJECT TESTS to apply to a top school.

I want to write a guide to inform people on stuff like this. I also wanna talk about personal problems and how to have better time management. It's basically a declassified school guide.

What do you think?
