what city was that in?

and he sprayed her DIRECTLY in the eyes, which can damage the eyes

yes barrons, guess you know it all and the police are allllwwwaaayyy right

he drug her in the front for a reason to cuff her, and he was at least twice her weight and he "
coulnd’t control" her

sure, he wanted to hurt her and by spraying within inches of her eyes, she is lucky she doesn’t have permanent damage

When sprayed directly in the eyes, as was done on countless occasions by Seattle police wielding fire-extinguisher-like dispensers, it can create intense, burning pain and restricted breathing unless quickly flushed out. (The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in fact, requires commercially sold pepper spray to carry a caution label: “Warning: irritant, avoid contact with eyes.”)

So unless he flushed her eyes within minutes, she could have been seriouslly damamged

but thats okay with barrons of course
