<p>This girl is 15. She violated CURFEW. What cop even messes with kids for violating curfew? </p>
<p>Not only this, he CLEARLY has almost a five second delay from when he smacks her until he pulls out the pepper spray. Any idiot who says that that was totally justified is ridiculous. He stops, says something to her, stares at her for a few seconds, THEN pulls out the spray, it wasn’t like i was a reaction.</p>
<p>Second, how did that girl look like she was on drugs. Some guy pulls up next to me, tells me that me walking is illegal, and then throws me on the hood of his car and tries to arrest me for CURFEW. Most cops would just drive them home (which I still wouldn’t do, you don’t know what cops are crazy now), but not only that, they wouldnt ARREST them.</p>
<p>This guy just seemed like he was power tripping and I would be incredibly happy if I was that girl(lawsuit time!).</p>
