<p>That’s nonsense, he wasn’t even arresting her, he was trying to restrain her. If he was, he would have been reading her her rights, yet with closer inspection it seems like he was trying to keep her there. This is still ridiculous though, she’s 15, and there’s no way anyone could think that little girl was on drugs, you obviously haven’t seen someone on drugs before.</p>
