Life on campus

I am thinking about going to Washington University and I was wondering if anyone can tell me what life is really like on campus at Wash U. Is there plenty of things to do there or any special traditions that are done at the school?

email Chris at: carchrism5@yahoo.com. He or she just posted under title: current student. I'm sure he or she can offer youe tons of insights. My S goes to Wash U, and he has nothing but good things to say about the school. Speaking from a parents perspective Wash U is a WONDERFUL college!

I second missmolly that Wash U is a great university. There are tons of things to do outside of academics if you so desire. It is like one big happy family. They take care of each other. You should go visit and you will see it for yourself. Are there any specific things you want to know about life at Wash U?

One example of Wash U's incredible student/school (campus wide groups) spirit is their commitment to community service events. I have included a website so that you can take a peek at one of Wash U's biggest event-- Relay for Life. Each year the students organize and orchestrate Relay for Life which helps bring in donations for The American Cancer Society. The website says it all about Wash U. Check it out! www.acsevents.org/washu

ps. if you look at the Team Ranks-you will note that almost every student group on campus participates in Relay for Life! I'm impressed.
