<p>The FA page shows my son was offered the Life Scholarship but this does not show up on his bill. I can't get through to the FA or busar offices despite waiting on hold, leaving messages and e-mail are not returned......frustrating. Does anyone know if this will show up on bill or if there is anything that needs to be done to receive this award? </p>
<p>I believe scholarships and financial aid won’t show up until Aug 3.</p>
<p>My D can see all her financial aid now. And when I look at bill it shows available scholarship at bottom. We can also see the bill. OP check to be sure he “accepted” his aid (look at awards page where you see status of each individual award.). Stupid question, but you are in-state? Did you fill out all the state paper work for Life?</p>
<p>Yes in-state, yes filled out paperwork. The FA states Life Sch. offered 5K, but is blank under accepted. Is there something I need to do to accept?</p>
<p>Yes. Look under tab for financial aid rewards and there should be a place to accept your award. Just not sure of details. I know there is some kind of tutorial on-line…it’s been awhile since I’ve gone through the process and my D just re-ups every year when she gets email or something. In the meantime, keep trying to get hold of someone in FA. Good luck.</p>

<p>Also, a lot of times you have to certify that you haven’t been to jail and stuff. You may also still have to do that if it still isn’t showing up.</p>
