I suggest joining the Florida A&M 2012 group on Facebook--if you have one.
Some good information has been flowing there along with the usual shenanigans. Moreover, the classes ahead of us join and provide advice and reminisce, which means you could get your questions answered directly or by reading a funny story lol</p>

<p>Im going to do mechanical engineering and i will be part of class of 13 if I decided to come.</p>
<p>Engineering... Especially if you want to go to an HBCU... FAMU is right up your alley</p>
<p>I am a math major (with a concentration in actuarial science), but I know FAMU and NC A&T have good engineering programs.
FAMU and FSU have a joint program actually... Recruitment for Rattlers is very high as well with amazing opportunities during and after your time on The Hill. </p>
<p>Keep in touch and I will continue share info as I go through my freshmen year.
Then I will also be able to connect you with engineers already at FAM (first years, upperclassmen, alums, etc...)</p>
