of those, i only do bench..and i can only do like 130 (but i'm working on it lol)

i do know what they all are though, but i've only ever done bench

I benched 115 once. Well, I've only tried once. I really think I got lucky or the weights were counted wrong. I'm only 110 and, though I can do 40ish push ups straight, it utilizes more of my bodily strength than lifting weights.

I'd say 80 as a rough guess.

The Adonis complex is on the rise.

Bench: 205
Squat: 450
Clean: 165
Dead: 495

I'm totally lying but w/e...

I'm a girl...no complex here...

PKswmr76 - for a second there, I thought you were being honest.

hahaha in my dreams...

with bench i max out around 220-230 and can do 8 reps of 180...i never tried the others

Mine:
Bench: 105
Squat: 95
Clean: 75
Dead: 105

i'm 5'5 at 130lbs. also these are the max weights i do on my toughest reps. im not sure if you meant the most weight you can do in 1 rep or the most weight you can do in a set (which for me would be 3 sets counting down 12-10-8).

oh yeah i'm 6'2" 180 pounds and have been working out on and off for like 10 months...if i had been more consistent with my work outs then i would have progressed a lot more...i just got lazy and lost motivation every other month

Bench: 165
Squat: I don't max but I A to G 195 5x5
Clean: I don't max but I clean and jerk 115 5x5
Dead: 315

5'11'' 180 pounds
Gotta keep getting in shape, I didn't do anything in high school and got fat. Now I've started working out hard this summer. I like it.

I like it too but only after getting used to a routine. There would be mornings when I don't feel like going, but I force myself to go anyway. It's sort of unhealthy at times because I end up doing it just to cater to my perfectionist tendencies. Same with school stuff. But I definitely enjoy seeing improvement in my physique. I hate having to eat a certain amount of protein though because protein is expensive and relatively harder to get! And I hate how I feel like there's something wrong if I don't lift on my scheduled days. I truly believe that males nowadays have an unhealthy preoccupation with body image (and I admit to being a victim of this).

Bench: 285
Squat: 450
Clean: 165
Dead: 366

Im 6'3 200, I also pitch in college, so these exercises are not what I usually work on...

Bench- 205
Clean- 235
Squat- 325
Deadlift-400

here, this means 'testosterone,' if you were wondering.

I don't do any of these things for track, but last time I did the bench (freshman now I'm a senior)I was at about 160 max. Core muscles are where its at. Bench and things like that are just for show, I'd much rather do push ups.

bench: 225
squat: 450
clean: 175 (hate cleans)
deadlift: 300
curl: 75

5'10 190 lbs. lost 15 lbs of fat. lost alot of muscle but still have balls of muscles ;)

yea, I hate cleans too, I'm also 5'10" ~200lbs

Bench: 35
