Does anyone else feel lightheaded in class? After about 15-30 minutes of sitting in class I feel like I can't concentrate anymore. I want to lie down or put my head down, and I need to rub my eyelids to get some focus. This mostly happens in a class in which the professor is using Powerpoint, and I'm using my laptop. I don't drink and I usually don't stay up too late. Any remedies for this?

Are you anemic?

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Keep a bottle of WATER with you and drink it throughout class.

Get some sugar into your system. Not candy...have a banana.

Make sure you keep well hydrated and eat something b4 class. If this doesn't help, you should get checked out by your doctor or at the student health center.

I do all the time

do something to get yourself back to reality and not fall asleep!

water, drink water, better yet, gatorade, it has glucose.

Or fruit

or juice

NOT soft drinks
