Lights, Cameras, CHANCE!

So I posted this in two other forums, then I found this 'general chance' forum, here goes..

SATs: Cr-550: M-590: Wr-500
SATII: Bio (Molecular) 690: Spanish 620
ACT: 26

GPA: 96.734 (Weighted, that's all my school gives)
Rank: 9/266

All Honors and AP

Fierce essays and letters of recommendation - when I say 'fierce' I mean like, Lioness-level of fierceness.

I interviewed at Penn and Tufts, they went well.

Activities: President of Math Honor Society, VP Science Honor Society, President Spanish Club - Those are my main activities, I've committed most of my time to them, organizing food and toy drives and that type of thing. But, I'm also in NHS, Global Community Club, Safe Schools Ambassadors.

I worked at a major hospital in NYC for two summers interning in a Microbiology Lab and Cardiac Catheterization Lab. I've figure skated since I was little, even won a regional gold medal.

I know that many are reaches, I was hoping EC and RECS would help me a lot.

Waddayah think?

Somewhat solid ECs.
Your test scores are mediocre for Columbia, Cornell, and Penn-- not sure about Tufts all too much. I'm not all too sure on whether you have strong hooks or not, but the test scores definitely bring you down.

Can you provide further details on your interviews with Penn and Tufts?
Thanks

My interview for Tufts went great. I had a real connection with the guy, we both had a passion for science and traveling and experiencing the world around us. I feel he's going to write a good report to the Admissions committee.
For Penn, about the same. We didn't have that common thing between us, but I read good vibes from her face when I answered her questions. A friend of mine who I worked with at my two summer internships (who's a big time Director of Microbiology) went to Penn, and wrote a letter to the admissions committee at Penn about me and the work we did together.

Any other takers?
