Lights go out during SAT subject test

About half way through the SAT Math II subject exam, the lights went out at the school. My son and the other test takers had to stand outside for about 30 minutes or so without speaking. When they returned to the classroom, they had to resume the test in semi-darkness (the classroom windows are tinted and it’s cloudy outside). Will the school or College Board automatically cancel the scores and/or allow retaking the test at no charge? NOTE: the fire alarm went off during the AP world history test a few weeks before. This is becoming a pattern at this school.

Nevermind. Turns out College Board has canceled the scores and the test will be given again in 2 weeks.
