Likelihood of acceptance?

Keeping this as simple as possible, I just wanted to gauge where acceptance is most probable.

Major applied to - Cognitive Science
UC GPA - 3.91
ECs - adequate but not outstanding
APs throughout high school and I’m confident that my essays I submitted were strong; however, my GPA could’ve been higher. I don’t think it got below 3.86, but that’s still kind of low given how competitive the UCs are.
SAT/ACT- scores are low, 1890/29.
Potential Hooks - low income, first gen, and Native American descent noted but I also put that I identify as white so I don’t know if that’s even going to be considered.

What do you guys think? Do I have a decent shot?

I agree it is is a reach but, with your hooks and a solid personal statement, you could make it. Good luck.
