Likelihood of transfer

Hi. I'm currently a student in villanova. I've taken an entire semester and come to the conclusion that it's not very challenging. I don't like drinking or anything like that so i'm generally bored. I haven't done much with my extra time, which is bad, but i've maintained a good gpa. I'm thinking for the fall semester it will (hopefully) end up around a 3.8. If I wanted to transfer to the most high end school, centered around NYC, where should I set my sights? Several other minor/possibly major things about me

-I didn't try to hard in school, I had an 88 average. My girlfriend got into NYU with a 94.
- I got a 1440/1600 on my SATS
-I have a large harvard legacy

Note: I'm interested in nyu

Anyone? I have to transfer soon so…

What good does Harvard legacy do you for transfer admissions?
Try NYU, it sounds like a good choice.

Harvard legacy isn’t going to do you any good. They don’t accept transfers.

NYU sounds like a good choice. Maybe Brown? Boston College?
