Likely acceptance letter?

<p>I received a likely admission letter from Rochester Institute of Technology... here are some of the things it said..</p>

<p>"We have completed a preliminary review of your application for admission to RIT. Your strong academic and personal achievements have impressed us, and we believe that you have excellent potential to continue to develop and thrive here at RIT. Although we will not be notifying regular decision applicants about their admission decision until close to March 15, we feel optimistic about your likelihood for admission and wanted to share this with you early on, as you are making plans about your future"</p>

<p>"Should you decide to attend RIT this fall...."</p>

<p>Is this a sure-fire acceptance? Has anyone else gotten one?</p>

<p>the wording is very likely-letterish, so unless you kill someone or get straight f’s, you’re pretty much in. congratulations!!! that’s exciting (:</p>
