Likely Letter

i hope not....

i kind of already told people i was in.... just got too excited i guess....

oh well

if u got the letter, then ur probably in. i meant that ppl who didnt get the letter still have a decent chance of being admitted. think of it this way, and im sure this has been mentioned before multiple times - if they would just send likely letters to all those who were accepted, then there would be no point for 3/29.

lol, bbd44, I cracked and told people that I was unofficially accepted too... Ah well, it makes the 29th easier. :)

Well i certainly hope i get in

they were talking about giving me a scholarship in it... so it'd be pretty crappy if i didn't :(

but i'm not worried... i guess...

nona0523- I am going to do it. I haven't looked at Cornell yet so this is my chance to see it before going there.

After one person heard about the letter, it spread, and no one would let me even think of the possibility that I might not get in.

But I guess there are right, why would they be talking about housing and dining and the ISSO then if they were looking to reject you at the end of it all??

If they sent a likely letter to a kid who didn't get in that would be cruel. And there would be some extremely angry people who might just try and sue. So I'm guessing the likely letter is almost the same as an admit letter

I cracked...I told.

anyway.

girls going to SWE? it would be kind of cool to know who was going. I posted a thread..didn't get a response, but I'll bump it after thursday.

ugh Cornell why do cause me so much pain with waiting for a decision!

I got a likely letter from Cornell, too. I think it means your at the top of the applicant pool more than that your are a urm.
