Likely Letters and Selective Dual Degree Programs

So...there have been threads about Likely Letters from UPenn and it seems that they came in two waves - Feb 14 for the individual schools within Penn, and Feb 28 for the extremely selective Dual Degree Programs (LSM, M&T, etc.)

My question is: Since these Dual Degree Programs only accept around 50-100 people for their entire class, do all their admittees receive likely letters (it is feasible for them to send this many in one day.)? In other words, has anyone in previous years been admitted to a dual degree program and DID NOT receive a likely and was admitted on the Late March RD Date?

As a current LSM student, I’m 99% sure you didn’t get into LSM if you applied to that program RD. This year we were told they reached out to all those accepted during the RD round via likely letters. No clue how M&T is handling it though.

That’s interesting that they’re likely-ing everyone who applied, kbolisetty. My friend got into LSM and received a letter a week back.
