<p>Does Brown send likely letters to non athletes?</p>
<p>correct me if i'm wrong, but i don't think there are "legitimate" likely letters sent out to non-athletes like some schools do. if anything, you might get a personal note from the admissions rep who read your application as a "i liked your essay a lot" or "your stats were great," which usually comes after the decision unless the adcom rep was really into sending you something. or you might receive something, say, from the music department if you sent a demo CD in that might go along the lines of "that was really good..." (again, usually after the decision, but it probably has happened before...)</p>
<p>I asked an admissions rep this question point blank. They said Brown doesn't do likely letters.</p>
