Yo! I got one too. I'm so pumped.

haha me too!
I am also curious as to the number of applicatns who get these.
and does anybody know someone who has received a likely letter and been rejected later?

has anybody in California gotten one yet? ): I want one

was it e-mail or snailmail?

E-mail, snail mail will come later, they said.

Did u all apply for cc or seas?

if you dont get one does that mean you're not going to get in? or just that you're not at the top of the pile??

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I got one also. Yeahhhh!!!

applied to seas...

SEAS for me.

Assuming nothing goes terribly wrong with my grades, does this mean that I am in (Fu Foundation)?

so was this only for fu?? because it looks like everyone who got one was in fu and not CC

man, i hope so, cuz i applied to CC and didn't get one!

from what i know, likely letters are reserved only for the top of the regular decision pool...so if you dont receive one, chill. most people accepted into RD dont receive one (at least thats what i think from what ive heard).

cool. i am in cali and i got one.

seriously, I didn't expect one cuz i am an international and the competition is fierce...

did you apply for seas gqunit?

seas? school of e...and science? school of engineering and science?

what's the difference between seas and fu foundation?

is seas part of columbia college?

i applied to fu foundation...so ...it must be less competitive than columbia college

Yeah, SEAS and Fu Foundation refer to the same thing.

Awhile back, someone posted that they only send out likely letters to SEAS applicants. I'm not quite sure why, though.

I just got one...applied to SEAS. (US citizen living in Taiwan).

2nd likely letter!!! Pretty sah-weeeet :D

yeah Columbia College is harder to get into.

However, SEAS is actually harder during college.

Congrats all.
