ugh i hated that book. louse, louse, louse.

Dostoevsky is Awesome

what??? That's like my favorite book of all time!! :[

well I got to page 173 before senioritis took over... but from what I read, I really loved it. plus I had to finish my unspoken protest against my school's ridiculous ap english department.

Just starting it in my class. Woohoo.

ANYWAY.. I'm kind of excited about Rice now.

LOL i agree with blueducky!
back to riceee :)

Hey mesquite girl, do you go to some uber-elite secret societal private school??? My school offers like eight AP classes...and only for juniors and seniors.

And how does everyone make a 5 on the calc tests? Do you have decent high school calculus teachers? Maybe I'm just out of the loop because mine just also happens to be our girls' softball coach as well. Even the girl who got a 2370 on the SAT could only manage a 4 on AB.

Hahaha, at my school, the calc "5" rate is 80%... we just do a practice test every week and the teachers are really good at making calc fun.

Oh, and you also have to realize that the calc test (especially the free response section) is SO predictable. Just look at a couple past tests and you'll see a clear pattern in the type of problems presented.

thats ****ing gay mod....

no offense but its because of faggot schools like yours that college admissions are such jokes

anyway i just got my likely letter...said that im likely to be denied lol

You okay there, fenderbender?

um...don't use that kind of language on here, saying fa***t. The accepted vernacular is gay and it is in no way derogatory. Anyway, that's awesome about the Calc exam Modulation, thanks for the tip!

Ya, Modulation, schools like yours make me kinda mad too. At our school, nobody's even HEARD of Intel/Siemens....

If it weren't for CC, i'd be so lost.

What is Intel/Siemens? Calculators?

i think my school has a 97% rate for 5s and a 3% for 4s

My school isn't that awesome... I bet only five kids have heard of Intel/Siemens. We're only good at getting kids 5's on the calc test lol. Oh, and football.

Tresler, Intel/Siemens are science fair competitions where you could possibly win big scholarships and international recognition with a great project.

Well, our school's good at providing a lot of AP tests and that's about it lol

My school doesn't give me ****. You can't even take AB until senior year unless the administrators think you're really special.
