<p>The way I read Dean J’s blog, applicants are told not to expect Likely Letters because they probably won’t receive one; but if they do receive one, it doesn’t mean anything.</p>

<p>I think I know where the admissions dept. can save some money.</p>

<p>In a nutshell: likely letters mean, as long as you don’t screw up between the time you receive this and the day final decisions are made, you’re in. At least that’s how I interpret them.</p>

<p>Anyway, even if we don’t receive likely letters, decision day is only 25 days away! :)</p>

GPA: 4.45 W (my school doesn’t calculate UW)
ACT: 34
SAT: 1440 CR/M, 2140 +Writing
SAT II: Literature - 690, U.S. History - 670, Math II - 760
APs: World History (3), U.S. History (4), Calculus AB (5), and I will be taking the Statistics, Psychology, U.S. Government, & English Language exams in May.
Class Rank: 8/350</p>
