well hi, this is my first time posting so please don't be too rough:)
well like everyone on this board i want to get into Caltech.
The problem is I'm not compleatly sure where to start. I know the college is extreamly hard to get into; it expects exceptional SATs, 4.0 GPA and a dedication to math and science.
I wanted to know if:
-Caltech looks at freshmen (high school) grades
-Anyone in the CA orange~LA county area has any ideas on scientific extra curricular activities to join

Im in the physical science club at my school, and were competing in the JPL competition this year.

Im also in no AP math or science courses this year, but its through no fault of my own. Even my chemistry teaches says I should be in the advanced classes. Next year I will be in AP physics

bleh, I just realized I spelled likeliness wrong, sorry Im kinda nervous
