<p>So how is LAR because that's what I am going to move in too. Is it cleaner compared to the other residence halls and is there a lot of diversity in race, gender, and class year? Please let me know, thanks.</p>

<p>I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. LAR boasts a terrific location with a relatively easy walk to the Quad. An older but well maintained bldg., LAR is next to the Campus Recreation Center East (CRCE). General composition of students reflects the campus as a whole which is diverse. It has a beautiful lobby. Nearby are Busey-Evans and PAR which have their own cafeteria specialties and late night treats. Krannert is nearby as well as the Canopy Club, known for live entertainment acts. Tennis courts and the “Grove” are just to the South. If you get sick, the Health Center is right next door also to the South.</p>
<p>Yes it has a very diverse set of people, all races. The rooms are way more spacious than other dorms and have walkin closets. And on top of all that the location is great and he building is gorgeous</p>
