<p>Which universities offer the best linguistics and psychology programs?</p>

<p>I'm considering double majoring in those.</p>

<p>Berkeley, Stanford, UCLA, UCSD, etc. Most of the top (and second tier) schools will have great psychology programs, so your bigger concern would be linguistics. The best for that would be Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, UCSC, Stanford, UChicago, Cornell, MIT, UPenn, Ohio State, UMass @ Amherst, UMich, UIUC, and a few others.</p>
