Linguistics/SLHS Majors?

I am looking to major in speech, language, hearing sciences in college. I have used Supermatch but I have noticed some colleges/universities seem to slip through, so I was wondering if anyone here was familiar with any schools with such a major, preferably within CT, MA, or RI. Ideally not in a big city, but if it is I would prefer a more “isolated” campus and not scattered throughout the city.
Thanks!

If your primary interest is in speech-language pathology (not theoretical linguistics), then check out these programs:

Pitt, Penn State, BU, and Emerson seem to have strong departments, according to the following assessment of graduate programs:

Have you already considered the programs at UMass or UConn? They are in 2 of the states you specified; they are not in large cities.

If you’re also interested in linguistics within a traditional liberal arts program, you have many other options (including many research universities and a few small liberal arts colleges.)

Can your family afford out-of-state public university prices? Have you run the online net price calculators on private schools that interest you? What about your stats (GPA, class rank, test scores)?

@tk21769 Thank you for the insight! For anyone this information may help, here it is:
My unweighted GPA is a 3.85-3.9
I have not taken the SAT or ACT yet (going into junior year)
I am in the Top 5% of my class
