<p>Don't get TOO excired - it might be a week before we see any acceptances, but I wanted to get the stats thread up since we are starting to see the first signs that something is up :)</p>

<p>Please remember NO DISCUSSION on the STATS thread - just stats. Use THIS thread for any discussion (or start new threads) and to bump the stats thread. That will keep it nice and tidy and useful.</p>

<p>The USC forum has traditionally listed the STATS threads with the Fall term of entry, so for consistancy’s sake I am continuing that. Last year’s was “FALL 2010” the year before “FALL 2009,” before that “FALL 2008” etc.</p>

<p>**PLEASE hold off posting in the STATS thread until you have the official acceptance package in hand **- you don’t want to jinx it!!! But as SOON as it arrives, get the good news out - link in post #1</p>

<p>Anyone know how many people are finalists for trustee versus how many receive it?</p>

<p>I just realized it was sort of dumb of me to post that question since I already saw the results of the survey! I wish USC could tell us more specifically, though.</p>

<p>My packet says there are 350 total students who can go to Explore USC, so obviously that’s the maximum that are competing for the big scholarships.</p>

<p>350 for the Trustee, probably 450-ish for Presidential. There are separate Explore dates for the two scholarships. (And then Explore dates for ALL the admits later in the process)</p>

<p>I’m not really sure how a stats thread works but I got my acceptance yesterday (I’m an international applicant (US Citizen)).</p>

<p>GPA:
4.31 out of a 4.0 scale
No class rank at our school</p>

<p>SAT (Composite):
Reading: 660
Math: 800
Writing: 750</p>

<p>SAT II:
Biology: 790
Chinese with Listening: 800
Math II: 740</p>

<p>AP:
AP Biology - 5
AP Chinese - 5
AP US History - 4
Currently taking: AP Chemistry, AP Economics, AP Calculus BC, AP Environmental Science</p>

<p>IB:
IBSL Psychology - 6
Currently Taking: IBHL English Year II</p>

<p>I was admitted to the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences and I’m considered for the Presidential Scholarship, however, I don’t know if I can make it to the interview in March :[ as I live about an 11 hour plane ride away…</p>

<p>Hello! I saw one post tonight that an applicant is able to log into the backdoor link, so I am bumping this in hopes there has been a mailing. Be sure to wait until you have an acceptance package in hand before posting on the stats thread - and remember that some will receive the package even if they cannot log into the link (so “invalid login” is not necessarily bad news!)</p>
