I have posted this before but here it is one more time in it's own thread so it will be easier to find.
NEU has regional adcoms. If you have questions, etc. here is the link:

I have a question. I met the adcom when she came to my school in October and introduced myself, although I'm quite positive she probably doesn't remember. I got deferred, and I'd like to send her an e-mail, letting her know that it's my number one school, but I'm not quite sure what I should say. I know this sounds stupid, but I'm very pessimistic, and I'm afraid not saying anything might be better than saying the wrong thing.

Doing nothing will definitely not help. Send a short email saying that NEU is still your number one school.Ask if you can send any supplemental information or doing anything to help your case....

My AP Language and Composition teacher who wrote my recommendation is writing them a letter explaining how badly I want to attend Northeastern and how good of a match I would be for their school. My employer is also writing a letter to them about my dedication to work, etc.

Still write an email to my adcom?

Yup...it can't hurt can it?

guess not :(
