Linking common app & naviance/ Choosing which recommendations to send/ Adding colleges to naviance

So here's my problem:
Last year I asked two of my teachers for letters of recommendation and both said yes. So far, one of them has written it and on naviance it says "completed" next to their name under "Teacher Recommendations" on the "colleges I'm applying to" page. That would be all fine and dandy except this teacher emailed me a few days ago saying she submitted it and "even though she knows it is usually confidential," she thought I'd "like to see what she wrote." To my horror, lol, it was in broken English (she's a foreign language teacher and English is not her first language) which made some of the things she was trying to say seem negative even though I know she had positive intentions in saying them...And she even mixed up my name a few times throughout the letter........... (I thought she would be able to write me a strong letter since I was one of four in her class last year and was pretty much the only one who talked... Also, she had me for two years... And I thought she knew me pretty well - at least better than my other teachers.) Basically, this letter was so poorly written I couldn't imagine the reaction an admissions person would have after reading it. So after having a panic attack, I ended up asking a third teacher last minute for a letter to which he agreed, bless his soul. I want to use his letter and the letter of the other teacher I requested since none of my schools require over two letters. The only problem is, the bad-recommendation-writer teacher already completed her recommendation on naviance and said something about having "finished the common app" (I'm not too sure, the email was in a different language lol fml). Do I cancel her recommendation on naviance? I haven't yet linked my common app to my naviance, and I haven't added any schools to the "colleges I'm applying to" list. So it's not like that recommendation was automatically sent anywhere, right? I emailed my guidance counselor explaining my situation and her response was "come to guidance & request an appointment." Which I did. On Monday. No word yet. So basically I have no help there.
So I guess what I'm asking is this:
Am I able to not send her recommendation and send the other two recs I'm getting instead?

I signed the FERPA waiver so I feel really nervous doing all of this.

Oh also (sorry this is so long I hate me too)
My GC said something about not adding colleges to the "colleges I'm applying to" list on naviance until I'm COMPLETELY done with my common app, and same with linking common app & naviance (wait till I'm done with my applications). Is this true? What if I'm applying to one school with priority status by Dec 1st (it doesn't use common app) ((University of Pittsburgh)) and the rest regular decision? How do I do this? ashfhfdkfh I'm so stressed out.
Like my other apps aren't going to be done by Dec 1st besides Pitt.
Do I just add Pitt to the list..?
Agh.
Thank you so so sososososososososososososo much if you answer.
I'm in crisis mode.
Literally, if you answer I hope everything good ever happens to you.
Aight bye. :((

pls

I am sorry for your letter. When I wasn’t sure which letters would be better, my GC advised me that they would only send out the best ones. I don’t know much about naviance, but when I added my colleges thru common app I put in the teachers emails that I wanted to invite to my application on each college. The colleges that have separate applications I would only give them the other 2 teachers addresses. Some schools had stated they would take a letter sent by mail to attach to the application so I would give the school a stamped envelope and ask if they could send it by mail.
