Lionel A and B

Hi!

Another question about Lionel. So there's Lionel A and Lionel B, and I'm pretty sure that refers to whichever dorms are closer to whichever doors (A or B), but are they connected? I mean, for example, is the third floor of Lionel A connected to the third floor of Lionel B?

Also, is it true that Lionel is the “party dorm”?

Normally the A and B refer to the entryways. Each entryway allows vertical access, but usually the hallways are not connected horizontally across the entire floor of the dorms.

Hi silversuz,

I was in Lionel B myself (and while I had my share of parties, I usually haven’t heard it referred to as “the” party dorm :))

As fauve said, the two entryways aren’t connected from the inside. They’re two separate doors (only 30 feet from each other) and each has access to three floors, each floor having two rooms. So each entryway has six rooms. If I recall correctly most are either 3 person or 4 person rooms (I was in a 3 person room).

It’s a very small and very pretty dorm. I hope you like it there as much as I did!

Thanks, Admiral! I’m in the third floor of Lionel B, and I had posted another thread about what Lionel was like inside, in terms of size, cleanliness, carpeting, walls (bricks? regular?), and things like that. If it’s not too much a hassle, do you think you could answer some of my questions?

Thanks!!
